How to report Phishing, SPAM and Quishing emails

Please follow the guide below on how to report Phishing, SPAM or Quishing email.

            1.       Select the Email in Outlook.

            2.       Click Phish Alert Report button.

a.       Phish Alert Report button in Old Outlook.

                        

b.       Phish Alert Report button in New Outlook.

           *If you are not sure about the email, take a screenshot and send it to Helpdesk for confirmation.

           *If you accidentally click a link or scan a QR code, inform Helpdesk immediately.
