How to setup Multifactor Authentication (MFA) on Mobile phone using Google Authenticator

 Please follow guide below on how to setup Multifactor Authentication (MFA) on Mobile phone using Google Authenticator.

            1.        Download Google Authenticator application on your Mobile Phone.

a.        For iPhone, go to Apple Store.

                              

b.       For Android, go to Play Store.

 

            2.        Open Google Authenticator app on mobile phone.

            3.        Tap + icon on the lower right of the screen.

            

            4.        Select Scan a QR code button.      

            

            5.        On the Computer, go to Microsoft Security info in this link https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info. Login your Phoenix email address and password.

            6.        Click + Add sign-in method link then select Authenticator app from dropdown list and click Add button.

             

            7.        Select I want to use a different authenticator app link on Microsoft Authenticator pop-up.

             

            8.        Click Next button.

             

            9.        Scan the QR code using Google Authenticator app on the mobile phone.
