Self Service Password Reset
There are two options to reset password from Microsoft
Office 365.
Option 1 – Password reset while
still being able to Log into account
- Login
to Microsoft Office 365 (outlook.office365.com) using
your Email address.
- Click Account Manager icon in top right
corner shown as initials of name.
- Select View account link from dropdown.
- Click CHANGE PASSWORD link from Password
box.
5. Enter Old Password and Create New Password then
Confirm New Password on Change password page.
6. Click Submit button
Option 2 – Password reset while
having no access to account
- Login to Microsoft Office 365 (outlook.office365.com) using your Email address.
- Click Forgot my password link on Login
page.
3. Enter
Email Address or Username under Email or Username field.
4. Enter
Captcha verification code.
5. Click
Next button.
6. Select
preferred contact method for Multifactor Authentication (MFA).

7. Provide
new password on Enter New Password and Confirm New Password
fields.
Note: Password should be
Minimum of 12 characters containing alphanumeric, symbols, uppercase and
lowercase letters.
8. Click
Finish button.
9. Prompt
message will appear regarding the completion of Password Reset.
10. Password
Reset Notification will be sent to Phoenix Email Address.
